I understand that the idea of counselling can feel daunting. However, having the space to talk openly about your thoughts and feelings can be the first step toward gaining clarity and a sense of relief and peace.When you’re able to express yourself without fear of judgment, it often becomes easier to understand experiences that may have felt overwhelming or confusing.Whatever challenges you may be facing, my priority is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore these together, and where you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted.

My Approach

Working as an integrative client-centred counsellor, our sessions will be guided by what feels most important to you. My role is to offer empathy, understanding and a safe, supportive space; coming alongside you through the process of exploring the challenges you may be facing. I recognise that every person’s experience is unique, which is why my work is flexible and responsive to each individual and their needs.I believe that building a safe, trusting, and supportive therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective counselling. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Association of Christian Counsellors.

Cost & Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes and are held weekly or bi-weekly, and either online or in person at my home in Bath near Bathhampton.The fee is £55 per session, payable by cash or bank transfer. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, tailored to your individual needs.I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation. This gives us the opportunity to talk about what is bringing you to counselling, explore what you are hoping for from the process, and get a sense of whether we would work well together in supporting your needs.
